It is always best to submit your request through the Legacy Gateway.
Legacy has been working hard to ensure all requests are tracked and responded to as soon as possible. We have developed the Legacy Gateway to submit your requests such as general support, invoicing, grant requests to another charity and documents to review. This goes directly into the Legacy System for our team to manage and delegate where needed.
You can then track the status of your requests through the Legacy Portal and communicate directly with the Legacy Team assigned to your request.
